Huronia Chapter

Huronia Chapter has the distinction of being one of CGA Ontario’s newest chapters. It was founded in 1982. Huronia Chapter had a membership of 129 CGAs when its inaugural chapter chair, Ron Jonikas, CGA, took hold of the chapter. Today it boasts more than 590 CGAs and students in the CGA program of professional studies.
Primarily a rural chapter, Huronia includes the urban areas of Barrie, Newmarket and Orillia, stretching from Aurora in the south to Huntsville and Parry Sound in the north, and from Orangeville and Collingwood in the west to the eastern shore of Lake Simcoe
