Retrieve Password

If you do not know your password, you can submit a request and your password will be sent by e-mail to your e-mail address on file at CGA Ontario. For maximum security, this Web form will not indicate the e-mail address to which the password will be sent. Also, passwords cannot be requested by telephone.

Before submitting a request for your password, ensure you have a valid and up-to-date e-mail address on file with CGA Ontario.

If you have not provided CGA Ontario with your e-mail address, have recently changed your e-mail address, or wish to request your password be sent by mail contact the following:
